In order to minimise the printing of additional pages due our email footer, we now compacted this by placing the bulk of its content here. Although we would like it if none of our emails were printed, to save resources, we understand that from time to time you need to generate a file copy, this should help minimise waste in these cases.

Disclosing Information Energy Performance Certificates
As part of our on-going Accreditation to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs) which are both legally binding documents we are required to provide certain key contact details which we informed are for the sole purpose of Quality Assurance in following up a random sample of our Certificate we lodge. We (and all other Assessors) are required to provide;-

Please see form EPC_QA1.pdf which will be attached to our quote email and updated throughout the course of your instruction. This data is required to identify the property on the Landmark Website and designate its type of use and general status.
Client Contact Details
Please see form EPC_QA1.pdf which will be attached to our quote email and updated throughout the course of your instruction. This data relates to lodgement of an EPC as is used by our Accrediting body to QA not only our work but our overall approach to any given instruction.
