Andrew Allmark, Managing Director
Andrew started the business in 2008 after gaining 15 years’ experience mostly as a Chartered Surveyor for property management and surveying firms. Having started his career graduating with a B.Sc. Honours degree in Building Surveying, Andrew was elected as Professional Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) two years later.
Continuous professional development is considered highly important at Whitecroft Green, and Andrew has since gone on to qualify as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor producing Energy Performance Certificates to Level 4 and is accredited for production of Display Energy Certificates to Level 3.
Ahead of the UK Government’s 2016 BIM deadline, Andrew has recently undergone detailed training enhancing the firm to become Autodesk Clean Tech Partners with the business now delivering all projects using Autodesk Revit Architecture software, including 3D modelling, energy analysis and rendering.
With corporate social responsibility important to Whitecroft Green, Andrew is a Disabled Access Consultant. Also in his (little!) spare time, Andrew enjoys cycling and is looking at starting a cycling team with local colleagues.
Jane Allmark, Director
Having initially qualified with a BA Hons degree and a Diploma in English Law, Jane has always provided a supportive management role to the business. She is currently undertaking a RICS accredited MSc in Property Management and Investment through Edinburgh Napier University, and has successfully completed the first half with a high pass and distinction. Jane is already a senior point of authority within the business, representing Whitecroft Green on key steering groups within the industry, and attending networking events.
Jane’s current role at Whitecroft Green is to support property owners and managers to help maximise the potential of their buildings whilst minimising cost, and upon completion of her formal qualification, she will be offering investment and management advice in addition. She also handles the corporate social responsibility aspect of the business supporting the chosen charity Children Today.
