Whitecroft Green is a Building Surveying consultancy based in Bolton, just north of Manchester, though as property professionals our work takes us throughout the whole of England.

We have over 15 years of surveying experience in both the commercial and residential sectors. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

As a building consultancy we continuously monitor changes to current legislation and look to potential future legislation so we can ensure our clients are able to make informed decisions about the management of their property.

In an aim to be more transparent in the standard of service we offer, we have taken the decision to voluntarily register with the new RICS regulatory standard, which ensures you are receiving clear, impartial expert advice in all instances.
