CAD Bureau

Working with the latest version of AutoCAD and following recognised CAD standards for the construction industry, we can produce detailed working drawings for all aspects of construction and building, including submission for and negotiation of, statutory approvals.

In addition we can produce drawings for use with Boundary Disputes, Design Work, or outline drawings for Dilapidations.

Design Work

On a given project, we can lead the whole design process, including liaison with the CDM Co-ordinator and other design team professionals to ensure the Initial Brief is progressed while giving consideration to; Time, Cost and Quality constraints imposed on the project.

Contract Administration

Following directly from our Design Work expertise we are able to progress projects through the tendering stage and onto site, managing the contract administration of the project.

Statutory Applications

Preparing all relevant drawings and documents we can prepare Planning Applications to Local Authorities and negotiate the application through the process.

In addition we can liaise with Local Authority Building Control on domestic extension applications.
