Looking at present and future costs associated with the operation and maintenance of a property and by profiling these it enables a clearer understanding of possible future expenditure and in doing so returns control back to the business.

Maintenance Management

It is important that all buildings are reviewed regularly to maintain their functionality as part of ongoing property asset management.  Buildings are best thought of as a collection of component parts that have a varying life expectancy depending upon their frequency of use, though these components usually have a shorter life span than the building as a whole.

Maintenance management is therefore the reviewing of all these component parts to ensure their timely replacement.
